Using Our Services

Your HOSHI Account

You may need an account to use some of our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

For Creators

If you are a creator on HOSHI:

You retain ownership of your voice, personality, and content
You grant HOSHI a license to use your content to provide the service
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you provide
Revenue sharing terms will be outlined in your individual creator agreement

For Users

If you are a user interacting with companions:

Companions are for informational and entertainment purposes
Do not rely on companions for medical, legal, or financial advice
You agree not to misuse or attempt to exploit our services
Your conversations may be used to improve the service

Intellectual Property

HOSHI and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without permission.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
